How to quickly monitor your changes
1. Begin by logging into the Manager area of the website (if you do not know how to login to the Manager area, please see the tutorial entitled “General Overview”).
2. In the left hand side, you will see various documents like "About Us" or "Services". Find the document you want to edit. Once you find the document you want to change, put your mouse on the document, right click with your mouse and choose "Edit Document".
3. Now open a second tab in your browser. If you do not know how to open a second tab with your browser, watch the video to this tutorial which explains how to open a second tab with Internet Explorer 7 (the most recent version of Internet Explorer). If you are using Internet Explorer 6, you will not be able to open another tab as this browser does not have this functionality. If you are using FireFox (a popular browser), choose "File" in your menu bar and choose "New Tab".
4. Now that you have opened a second tab, in your address bar type in your website's domain name. For example, if your website's domain name is "www.your-domain.com", simply type in "www.your-domain.com".
5. Now go back to the first tab (the one that you used to login to the Manager area of your website) and on the document that you have chosen to edit (as we covered in step 2), make the changes you want to your document, scroll back to the top of the document, choose "Continue Editing" in the "Create/edit document" section and then click "Save".
6. Now that you have made the changes to your document, click the second tab that you opened in step 3, navigate to the page on the website that you edited in step 5 and simply refresh this page. To refresh the page there is an icon that you can click that tells the browser to reload the page. If you do not know how to do this, simply watch the video which provides a live example.
7. As you make changes to your website, you will find that this approach allows you to make changes and review the changes quickly by following this approach.
